Foodstuffs and beverages:
The most common things that your laptop is constantly bombarded with are particles of foodstuffs such as chips or cookies. Once some food particles get stuck in between the keys, extricating them can prove to be a herculean task.

One thing you should avoid doing is to try brushing off the particles from the keyboard while the gadget is on and running. More often than not, you will hit keys that lead to strange commands and changes on the monitor. You may not know how to get back to the original screen as you don’t know which key you hit.

Laptop skins:
There is an array of colorful laptop skins available in the market. It is advisable to get one that appeals to you best and ensure that your laptop is well protected. This can prevent food particles from entering the vital areas of the laptop. Additionally, the laptop skins also enhance the life of the keys, which are subject to constant onslaught while in use every day.
